Product Description

Treat guests to a classic. Bread Pudding Mix creates delicious bread-based sweet desserts or savory breakfasts. Preparation is easy. Just combine with bread and water. Add a few back-of-house ingredients to create signature treats that'll dazzle. Blends well with fruits, chocolate or special flavorings. Great use of any leftover bread products even bagels, muffins, donuts, cookies and cakes. Serve warm in individual squares or slice and cool for deli case. Prepare in half pans or portioned into ramekin cups or muffin tins for simply individual servings. So many ways to make. Perfect for holiday and seasonal menus.

Preparation & Instructions

Spray half or whole hotel pan or muffin tin with pan release. Set aside. Pour 5 cups cold water into mixing bowl or container. Pour mix (18 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk or with a mixer on low speed. Continue stirring until mixture is completely dissolved and smooth. Add 20 oz cubed bread to mixture and gently stir to coat bread. Do not overmix. Once bread has absorbed most of the mixture, transfer to prepared baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 60 to 70 minutes for half pan, 30 to 40 minutes for whole pan or 20 to 30 minutes for muffin tin. Remove from oven. Dessert will settle and shrink some upon cooling. Cool for 10 minutes prior to cutting. Drizzle with vanilla glaze or other flavored sauce. Serve with icecream or whipped cream.
