Preparation & Instructions

For leafy vegetables, mix 1 tablespoon of vegetable freshener with 1 gallon cold water. For cut potatoes or apples, mix 3 tablespoons of vegetable freshener with 1 gallon of cold water.Cut product with a smooth edged knife.Soak in solution for 4 minutes. Drain well.Refrigerate treated produce for longer storage.Make fresh solutions daily.Prevents browning and retards deterioration.
