Our Famous Bread Pudding

- CHEF'S COMPANION® Bread Pudding
- Bread (day old is best)
- 1 Bag (18oz)
- 5 Cups
- 20 oz.
1:Tear 20 oz. of bread or bread product into 1 inch pieces.
2:Add 18 oz. mix and 5 cups water to the bread.
3:Stir gently using lifting strokes to coat bread. Do not over mix.
4:Spray half size steam table pan with food release and pour mixture into pan.
5:Bake at 350 F for 60 - 70 minutes.
