Instructions

  • 1:
    Tear 20 oz. of bread or bread product into 1 inch pieces.
  • 2:
    Add 18 oz. mix and 5 cups water to the bread.
  • 3:
    Stir gently using lifting strokes to coat bread. Do not over mix.
  • 4:
    Spray half size steam table pan with food release and pour mixture into pan.
  • 5:
    Bake at 350 F for 60 - 70 minutes.
