Using Chef’s Companion Butterscotch Pudding Mix.

  • All-purpose flour
  • Chef’s Companion Butterscotch Pudding and Pie Filling
  • Baking Powder
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Butterscotch Chips
  • Maple Syrup
  • Butter or cooking spray

Instructions

  • 1:
    In mixing bowl, whisk together flour, pudding mix, baking powder, sugar and salt.
  • 2:
    Add in eggs and milk, whisking until batter is smooth.
  • 3:
    Use butter or spray flat-top with cooking spray and spoon 2-3 tablespoons batter onto griddle.
  • 4:
    Sprinkle in (6-8 each) butterscotch chips, and cook pancakes until golden brown, 1-1 ½ minutes per side.
  • 5:
    Drizzle with maple syrup and garnish with butterscotch chips.
