  • Red Curry Paste
  • True Lime

Instructions

  • 1:
    Add warm water and coconut milk to a large pot.
  • 2:
    Slowly whisk in cream soup base mix.
  • 3:
    Whisk in pumpkin and red curry paste. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • 4:
    Stir in True Lime.
  • 5:
    Lime Crema: Stir together sour cream and True Lime juice.
  • 6:
    Optional Garnishes: Chili Garlic Sauce, Crispy Chickpeas
