Instructions

1:For Filing: Add milk to mixing bowl. Add cheesecake mix and True Lime. Mix at slow speed 1-2 minutes. Scrape bowl. Mix an additional 2 minutes at med-high speed. Pour into pie crust, cups or cupcake wrappers. Chill approximately 1 hour.

2:For Topping: In a separate mixing bowl add water and whipped topping mix. Mix at high speed until stiff. Can use immediately. Pipe or dollop topping atop cheesecake.

3:Garnish with mini lime slices, lime zest or candied lime pieces.
