Ingredients

  • Graham Cracker Crust
  • Milk, Whole
  • No Bake New York Style Cheesecake Mix
  • Pumpkin, Canned
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • Brown Sugar
  • Butter or Margarine

Instructions

  • 1:
    Pour milk and pumpkin into a large mixer bowl. Blend on low speed until smooth.
  • 2:
    Add cheesecake mix and spice. Mix on low for 30 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl with a rubber spatula and whip at medium speed for 3 minutes. Divide evenly among crusts. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  • 3:
    For the streusel topping: Mix nuts, brown sugar, and butter in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on high 1 minute. Stir. Microwave for 1-2 minutes more or until bubbly. Do not overcook. Stir and let cool completely. Sprinkle on the cheesecake before serving.
