  • Chef's Companions Cream Soup Base
  • 2% milk
  • Butter
  • Shallot, chopped
  • White Wine
  • Dill, Fresh, chopped

Instructions

  • 1:
    In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter and saute’ shallot until translucent, about 3 minutes
  • 2:
    Add white wine, and cook down reducing by half
  • 3:
    Add 2% milk and bring to 180-200 F
  • 4:
    Whisk in Chef’s Companion Cream Soup Base, and chopped fresh dill and let thicken 10 minutes
  • 5:
    Serve with Grilled Salmon or other grilled seafood or chicken
