- Chef's Companions Cream Soup Base
- 2% milk
- Butter
- Shallot, chopped
- White Wine
- Dill, Fresh, chopped

Instructions

1:In a large pan over medium heat, melt butter and saute’ shallot until translucent, about 3 minutes

2:Add white wine, and cook down reducing by half

3:Add 2% milk and bring to 180-200 F

4:Whisk in Chef’s Companion Cream Soup Base, and chopped fresh dill and let thicken 10 minutes

5:Serve with Grilled Salmon or other grilled seafood or chicken
