- Coconut Milk, canned
- Water
- Thai Fish Sauce
- Sambal (Chilies and garlic) or 1/3 cup Sriracha
- Brown Sugar
- Chef’s Companion Chicken Gravy Mix
- Skippy Peanut Butter, creamy

Instructions

1:In a large sauce pan over medium heat mix water, canned coconut milk, fish sauce, Sambal or Sriracha and brown sugar

2:Simmer to 180-200 until sugar dissolves and fish sauce cooks out about 10 minutes

3:Slowly whisk in Chef’s Companion Chicken Gravy Mix and Skippy Peanut Butter

4:Let sit 10 minutes to thicken

5:Hold on line in warmer.
