  • Water
  • Thai Fish Sauce
  • Sambal (Chilies and garlic) or 1/3 cup Sriracha
  • Brown Sugar
  • Chef’s Companion Chicken Gravy Mix
  • Skippy Peanut Butter, creamy

Instructions

  • 1:
    In a large sauce pan over medium heat mix water, canned coconut milk, fish sauce, Sambal or Sriracha and brown sugar
  • 2:
    Simmer to 180-200 until sugar dissolves and fish sauce cooks out about 10 minutes
  • 3:
    Slowly whisk in Chef’s Companion Chicken Gravy Mix and Skippy Peanut Butter
  • 4:
    Let sit 10 minutes to thicken
  • 5:
    Hold on line in warmer.
  • 6:
    Great with grilled chicken or pork skewers
