- 4 pounds of coleslaw or 64 2oz servings
Ingredients
- Cabbage, shredded to slaw (or your favorite premixed)
- Carrot, shredded
- Flavor Fresh Fat-Free California Red French Dry Mix
- Water
- Mayonnaise
- Black Pepper, ground
- Salt

Instructions

1:Put shredded Cabbage or slaw mix in large bowl.

2:Add salt, pepper and Flavor Fresh Fat-Free California French dry mix. Toss well so all is coated.

3:Add water and mix again, let sit for 10 minutes.

4:Add mayonnaise and mix again, set in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

5:Serve as a side dish or a topping on a sandwich.
Turkey Reuben Sandwich

Ingredients
- Pumpernickel, slices
- Butter, whole, sweet
- Turkey, smoked, sliced thin
- Gouda, smoked, sliced
- Flavor Fresh Slaw Mix from above

Instructions

1:Get pan hot over medium grill.

2:Spread butter evenly on pumpernickel.

3:Fold Turkey slices to fluff and put on bread, top with cheese and other slice of bread.

4:Put Sandwich in pan, flipping until cheese is melted and outside is toasted.

5:Open warm sandwich and stuff with Slaw mix.

6:Serve with a side of slaw.
